Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to multiple projects throughout the internship, including initiatives for the Solution Exchange
Assist with process optimization efforts to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate closely with team members on the Solution Network team to achieve project goals
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or graduate-level degree in a relevant field of study, such as business or a related discipline
Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher
Strong preference of junior, senior, and graduate-level students
Highly motivated and self-directed
Possess basic knowledge of and a keen interest in finance
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills
Know your way around Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
Comfort with speaking to individuals and presenting to large groups
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong ability in building and maintaining positive relationships
Proven ability to identify and resolve problems while maintaining professionalism
Strong organizational skills across both a team and individual setting
Able to work on a broad variety of projects
Adaptable to changing needs and situations
Ability to establish credibility and trust
Preferred
Prior internship experience is beneficial but not required
