Responsibilities
Lead multiple technology initiatives while guiding a team of engineers experienced in distributed services and full-stack development
Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging experimentation, continuous learning, and active participation in technical communities
Mentor and support engineers through coaching, knowledge sharing, and career development
Partner closely with product leaders to design and deliver secure, reliable, cloud-based applications at scale
Leverage modern programming languages and frameworks including JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, Python, Go, SQL, and web technologies
Work with relational and NoSQL databases, containerized environments, and orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes
Build and operate solutions using public cloud services and tools, primarily across AWS and other leading cloud providers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
4+ years of professional software engineering experience (excluding internships)
Hands-on experience working with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Preferred
Master's degree in a technical discipline
7+ years of experience with modern programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, Python, SQL, or Go
3+ years of experience designing and delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar platforms
Strong experience working with open-source frameworks and tools
Prior experience leading or mentoring engineers
Hands-on exposure to Agile development practices
