Responsibilities

Develop and document electronic and electrical system requirements
Design hardware, software, and interface specifications
Test and validate systems to ensure they meet operational and functional requirements
Monitor supplier performance for system integration and compliance
Solve issues related to fielded hardware and software throughout the product lifecycle
Research and recommend technology advancements for business needs

Qualification

Electrical designValidation processesAvionics designFlight Management SystemsCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
Experience in electrical design/systems engineering, focusing on electronic and electrical systems
Experience in validation and verification processes
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience in avionics design is a plus
Familiarity with Flight Management Systems and related fields is advantageous

Preferred

3+ years of related work experience or equivalent education and experience
5+ years of related work experience or equivalent education and experience
Pilot's license or experience working in the flight deck is beneficial
