Investment Solutions Analyst
SFA Partners is seeking an Investment Solutions Analyst to develop deep connections with independent financial advisors and their staff. This role involves managing due diligence processes, coordinating product reviews, and providing consultative support to enhance advisor productivity and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Initiate and manage initial Due Diligence questionnaires and product screenings to determine if a program meets our minimum criteria
Complete all post-approval product procedures in coordination with various home office departments and product sponsors as indicated
Maintain the weekly product priority list ensuring prioritization of the product review process
Organize and manage the departmental drive including creating and maintaining program files
Coordinate with Finance to ensure appropriate billing of sponsors for Due Diligence reviews
Gain an understanding of advisors on business and personal levels, fostering long-term relationships between advisors and SFAP
Provide consultative support to advisors by proactively addressing advisor productivity, product needs, platform utilization, and practice management
Maintain a log (currently via Notion) and manage a database of advisor-facing software and vendor relationships to maximize value and utility for advisors
Assist the SVP of Advisor Solutions to help foster high-performance culture aligned with firm and advisor success
Ensure we as a firm are actively working towards out internal guidelines and deadlines as it relates to core conference planning responsibilities
Help oversee the SFAP Partnership Program to ensure we are maximizing our fundraising efforts and sending/collecting invoices in a timely manner

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required (finance, business administration, real estate preferred)
High level of interpersonal and relationship skills essential with the ability to handle sensitive, stressful and/or confidential situations with poise, tact and diplomacy in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-driven environment
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills (grammar, writing, and editing) in order to interact professionally with individuals both within the firm and outside representatives
Effective problem analysis and resolution skills
Proficiency with industry software and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred
Strong product related knowledge and background in both brokerage and Registered Investment Advisor (“RIA”) Financial Services
FINRA Series 7 registration
