Paid Media Manager
Savage Ventures is seeking a Paid Media Manager to oversee the execution and optimization of advertising campaigns across various platforms for a multi-brand portfolio. The role involves managing budgets, testing creatives, and providing insights to drive performance and profitability.
Responsibilities
Build, launch, and manage campaigns across a portfolio of brands with different business models, including ecommerce/merch, subscriptions, traffic/media, affiliate, and more
Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok, other
Own budgets, pacing, and performance across multiple brands
Continuously test audiences, creatives, offers, and messaging
Optimize toward core KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CPL)
Work with internal teams and agencies on ad creative and landing pages
Provide clear creative direction based on performance data
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates
Monitor performance daily and take action quickly
Produce clear, concise performance updates (what’s working, what’s not, what’s next)
Share insights across brands that can be applied portfolio-wide
Understand unit economics and how paid media impacts profitability
Help prioritize spend across brands based on performance and opportunity
Flag risks, scaling opportunities, and inefficiencies early
Qualification
Required
Hands-on paid media experience
Direct experience managing Meta and Google Ads accounts
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and brands at once
Strong understanding of performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, CPL)
Experience in both ecommerce and lead gen
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive
