Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and support installation teams by assigning daily goals, training installers, and assisting with troubleshooting
Oversee inventory, expenses, time tracking, and project progress to ensure on‑time, on‑budget completion
Maintain clear, professional communication with clients from kickoff through project close-out
Enforce all safety protocols, proactively identifying and reporting safety concerns
Perform hands‑on installation tasks, including pulling wire, installing conduit, completing inventory, reading maps, building networks, and programming DSI systems
Ensure all work meets or exceeds DSI’s quality standards
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
At least 1 year of experience as a low-voltage technician
Preferred
Experience with networking, programming, conduit installation, and wire runs
BICSI certified
Low Voltage Licensing
OSHA certified
