The role involves designing and developing software for interfaces and web services to integrate different utility systems.

Responsibilities

In this position, you will occupy valued role on development and implementation of mission critical grid software/Energy Management system
You will design and develop software for interface and/or webservices to integrate different utility systems

Required

Experience with Apache products specifically: Geronimo, Tomcat, Camel, Service Mix, Axis
Experience integrating with ESB/IBUS technologies: Fuse ESB, Tibco, Web sphere etc
Experience in use of Oracle and SQL
Experience in development of pure Java based applications and Java middleware tier business logic
Minimum 5+ years of experience authoring software for Windows and/or Linux
Minimum 7+ years of experience authoring software C/C++, KSH and Java
Experience of developing WSDLs and XSDs
Must have worked on Grid application (SCAD/ADMS/EMS/OMS applications)
Ability to manage client discussions, and technical reviews
Effective communication, documentation, and presentation abilities
Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer science / electrical engineering or equivalent
