Join our Orange County office as a Real Estate Finance Junior Associate
Work with national and regional banks, insurance debt funds, and/or private equity lenders in real estate finance transactions
Document construction and term loan facilities and perform related due diligence
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience in commercial real estate (CRE) or finance
Substantive experience in matters including hotels and resorts, industrial and distribution centers, high-rise office buildings, biomedical research complexes, and nursing facilities
Experience working with national and regional banks, insurance debt funds, and/or private equity lenders in real estate finance transactions
Experience in documenting construction and term loan facilities and performing related due diligence
Strong academic credentials from a top law school
Exceptional legal writing ability
Proven leadership and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Eagerness to contribute to a dynamic practice
