Senior LevelSyntax Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Controller to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Implement and maintain inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and reduce waste
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to provide insights for strategic planning
Collaborate with other departments to drive financial performance and operational efficiency
Lead and develop the finance team, providing guidance and support
Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial entities
Communicate financial information effectively to senior management and other stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience in manufacturing inventory management
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage up and down
Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
CPA certification preferred
