Responsibilities
Own and evolve the architecture of AI-driven platforms, including Learner Mobile
Design scalable systems that integrate LLMs, search, automation, and human-in-the-loop workflows
Define patterns for AI orchestration, prompt flows, data pipelines, and evaluation
Partner with product and leadership to turn AI ideas into production-ready systems
Set technical standards and mentor engineers working with AI and core platform code
Balance speed, reliability, security, and cost as AI capabilities scale
Reduce technical debt while enabling rapid experimentation and iteration
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional software development experience
2+ years in a technical leadership or architecture role
Experience designing distributed systems and APIs
Hands-on experience integrating AI / LLMs into real products
Cloud experience (Azure preferred)
Backend experience with modern stacks (C#, .NET, Node.js, or similar)
Strong communication skills and a bias toward ownership
