Responsibilities
Corporate Governance Support: Maintain corporate records, minute books, resolutions, and organizational charts to support entity management
Documentation & Filings: Prepare and manage corporate legal documents, correspondence, and filings under attorney supervision
Regulatory & Compliance Support: Assist with state and regulatory filings to ensure ongoing corporate compliance
Transaction Support: Support due diligence, document collection, and closing materials for corporate transactions
Legal Operations & Coordination: Track deadlines, organize files, manage calendars, and coordinate with internal teams and external counsel
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program required
2+ years of corporate paralegal experience within a law firm or in-house legal department
Familiarity with corporate governance, entity management, and general corporate legal processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard business software
Detail-oriented, analytical professional with strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently or collaboratively
