Responsibilities
Perform the full cycle of accounts payable activities including coding, data entry, invoice validation and payment processing
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely payment of invoices
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions and prepare reports as needed
Record financial transactions in the general ledger
Prepare and post journal entries to reflect account balances accurately
Reconcile accounts and resolving any discrepancies
Assist in month-end close activities and provide necessary support to the Corporate Controller
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Corporate Controller
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Full Cycle AP
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience working with Accounting Software Systems
Associate degree in accounting, finance or related field
