Responsibilities
Develop and implement new C# and Python functionalities to support automation and process improvements
Develop precise tread geometries and master models that align with mold specifications
Improve delivery timelines for OE and development specifications using automation and streamlined processes
Create and enhance tire mold technologies that boost product performance and operational efficiency
Assist EMEA manufacturing plants with mold-related issues and troubleshooting
Work closely with mold and tire manufacturing teams to identify and execute process and production improvements
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and production teams across global regions
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with programming knowledge in C#, Python, or another machine-learning-oriented language
Experience with CAD/CAM systems, preferably CATIA V5
Experience in product design, product engineering, or product industrialization
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and experience with VBA, SAP, and advanced Excel capabilities (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
Fluency in English (spoken and written) and working knowledge of French as an asset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, passion for innovation and ability to work effectively in multicultural teams with willingness to travel occasionally
Preferred
Previous experience in manufacturing environments or mold/tire technologies
