Responsibilities
Leading leasing, renewals, and pricing strategy to maximize occupancy and revenue
Managing and developing the onsite team, including leasing and maintenance
Creating a strong resident experience from move-in through renewal
Owning the property budget, forecasts, and financial performance
Managing vendors, maintenance operations, and capital needs
Monitoring the local market and adjusting strategy as needed
Ensuring compliance with fair housing, safety, and regulatory requirements
Partnering with Vie’s corporate team to deliver consistent, high-quality operations
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in student housing, apartment, or multifamily property management
Experience leading or supporting a 200–500 bed community or high-volume leasing environment
A strong understanding of leasing cycles, renewals, and revenue management
Experience managing budgets, financials, and NOI
Proven ability to lead, coach, and retain high-performing teams
Experience with property management software (Entrata is a plus)
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
A Bachelor's degree is required
Preferred
Degrees in business, hospitality, real estate, or a related field are strongly preferred
