Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for members, guests, and prospective tenants
Manage member onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing communication
Foster a welcoming, professional, and connected community culture
Coordinate and support community events, workshops, and activations
Handle day-to-day member needs with warmth, efficiency, and discretion
Oversee daily operations of the coworking space to ensure everything runs smoothly
Manage vendors, service providers, and building coordination
Assist with space setup, cleanliness standards, supplies, and light facilities oversight
Support membership tracking, reporting, and basic operational documentation
Maintain internal systems, calendars, and shared resources
Provide direct administrative support to Jason Muller, including scheduling and coordination
Assist with internal reporting, updates, and cross-team communication
Help prepare materials, notes, and follow-ups for meetings and projects
Act as a reliable extension of leadership—anticipating needs and keeping things organized
Assist with community newsletters, announcements, and internal communications
Support social media coordination and local outreach when needed
Help ensure brand tone and professionalism are consistent across touchpoints

Required

2+ years experience in community management, operations, hospitality, office management, or executive support

Self-starter mindset with attention to detail and follow-through
