Educate patients, families, and referral sources about hospice services
Prepare reports, audits, and referral data to support the intake process
Provide clerical and team support across admissions and education
Ensure records are complete, scanned, and audit-ready with accurate medical terminology
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of hospice and/or healthcare clerical experience
Comfort using medical terminology and EMR systems
Strong communication and organization skills

Associate degree preferred
