This role is primarily responsible for inspecting incoming computer equipment to determine whether units should be recycled or refurbished for resale and assisting customers with technical issues related to refurbished systems.

Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming computer hardware
Evaluate condition and functionality to determine recycling or refurbishment
Perform basic diagnostics and repairs on refurbishable units
Document inspection results and maintain inventory records
Provide technical support to customers regarding refurbished computers
Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
