Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and production equipment
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Diagnose equipment failures and take corrective action to minimize downtime
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and efficiency
Document maintenance activities and repairs accurately
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support operational goals
Qualification
Required
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of one (1) year of related industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
Experience working with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance instructions
Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing environment and meet physical job demands
Preferred
One-year certificate from a college or technical school preferred
