Required

An earned doctorate from an accredited institution in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering or a closely related field at the time of application
An associate lecturer must also have at least five years of full-time teaching experience in a higher education institution

Previous teaching experience at the university level in the United States
Commitment to teaching excellence and passion for engineering education research
Demonstrated teaching effectiveness in mechanical and aerospace engineering courses
