Responsibilities

Supports HRIS updates
Reviews current and previous update documentation and reviews potential changes with management
Assists with review of tickets in the ticketing system and assists to respond in a timely matter
Makes suggestions to improve processes and leverage the return on system capabilities
Develops functional and technical experience in support of disciplines across Human Resources
Assists with audit and quality control processes for maintaining data integrity
Reviews system generated notifications for accuracy and opportunity for enhancement
Assists with special projects (example: Safety incident tracking set up)
Maintain a good working relationship with all bank employees
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently, as well as motivated to work as a team player to contribute to the success of the department and in turn the organization
Perform additional duties as required

Required

In pursuit of a four-year degree in business, human resources, information technology or related field
Supports HRIS updates
Reviews current and previous update documentation and reviews potential changes with management
Assists with review of tickets in the ticketing system and assists to respond in a timely matter
Makes suggestions to improve processes and leverage the return on system capabilities
Develops functional and technical experience in support of disciplines across Human Resources
Assists with audit and quality control processes for maintaining data integrity
Reviews system generated notifications for accuracy and opportunity for enhancement
Assists with special projects (example: Safety incident tracking set up)
Maintain a good working relationship with all bank employees
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently, as well as motivated to work as a team player to contribute to the success of the department and in turn the organization
Perform additional duties as required
Use of manual dexterity skills for typing and data entry up to 60% of the business day
Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18”-20” for computer work
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions
Occasional travel may be required
