Senior Level, Lead/StaffHCLTech is seeking a Senior Test Lead who will be responsible for overseeing testing activities related to Testing Tools and Test Automation. The role involves developing test strategies, managing a testing team, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of testing processes and deliverables.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and procedures for testing tools and test automation projects
Lead and manage the testing team to execute test cases, report defects, and ensure timely delivery of testing milestones
Utilize testing tools and test automation (emb), selenium, java to automate test cases and enhance test efficiency
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and priorities
Analyze test results, track defects, and provide recommendations for improvements in the testing process
Stay updated on the latest testing tools and test automation trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in testing practices
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in testing tools and test automation (emb), selenium, java
Strong experience in developing and executing test scripts using selenium and java
Handson experience with emb (electronic measurement bulletin) for testing purposes
Solid understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead a testing team
Ability to work collaboratively with other stakeholders to achieve testing goals
Preferred
Relevant certifications in Testing Tools and Test Automation (EMB), selenium, java are a plus
