Resolves problems which occur in production systems
Participates in formal and informal training programs
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree OR 1+ year of related experience
To Support oncall duties on rotation basis
Hands on experience with SQL queries and knowledge to debug complex queries
Preferred
2+ year of related experience
Knowledge on Datastage process/ETL process
Excellent communication skills with all levels of IT and line of business organization and interpersonal skills
Good organization skills and the ability to work independently as well as with a team
Experience in financial services (banking) industry
Debugging the incidents that come to the team, analyze and provide solution
Resolving any Requests that come from Vendor and Business in a timely manner
Performs Application Validations
