Responsibilities
Maintaining rental obligation financial information in Tango and ensuring data accuracy while reporting to the Senior Real Estate Manager
Assisting with the transition of U.S. utilities lease data and payments into Oracle Cloud and monitoring lease expiries and key dates
Processing rent payments and ad hoc invoices accurately and on schedule, while managing subtenant rental notices and billing
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate administration or a related field
Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle Cloud, Oracle R12, SAP)
Strong understanding of lease accounting principles and real estate financial processes
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Familiarity in real estate legal documents
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
