Developing floor plans, elevations, sections, and details

Preparing documents for permitting and approvals

Coordinating with Architects, Civil, Structural, and MEP engineers

Collaborating with teammates on design options and solutions

Managing multiple projects and deadlines

Required

Experience in residential design

Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit

Working knowledge of building codes

Able to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Preferred

1–2 years of related design or drafting experience
