Handle inbound consultations with Medicare-eligible clients, delivering expert guidance tailored to their health, lifestyle, and financial needs
Proactively build and maintain long-term client relationships through superior service and ongoing support
Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced agents when needed
Contribute to a collaborative, results-driven, and supportive team environment
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2+ years of Medicare product sales experience
At least two full Annual Enrollment Periods completed successfully
Active Health Insurance License
A quiet, professional home office setup
