Responsibilities
Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships at all levels. Acting as liaison between sales support and our customers in order to provide superior service and solutions
Evaluating existing relationships, grow and expand relationships, create a territory plan and successfully execute against that strategy
Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual revenue objectives
Calling existing customers to secure appointments, gathering information on their needs, positioning and demonstrating the value of our products to address their business issues
Providing excellent customer service by effectively managing customer objections, setting realistic expectations, successfully negotiating pricing and contracts and close sales
Qualification
Required
2+ years of sales or customer success experience
Possess organizational, prioritization, time management and forecasting skills
Ability to promptly manage and respond to customer contacts
Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Desire to move into a direct sales role long term
Preferred
Preferred location FL or OH, willing to be flexible on location for the right candidate
