Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of commercial real estate assets, including office, retail, and/or mixed-use properties

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP

Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and general ledger activity

Review and reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and tenant ledgers

Prepare monthly variance analyses and provide financial insights to property and asset management teams

Coordinate CAM reconciliations, tenant billings, and recoveries

Assist with annual budgets, forecasts, and reforecasts for assigned properties

Support year-end close processes and work with external auditors and tax advisors as needed

Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and best practices

Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of accounting processes and systems as the platform scales
