Responsibilities

Demonstrate an understanding of Procurement and Supply Chain concepts

Assist senior personnel with RFx creation, bid analysis and conducting negotiations

Analyze and understand category market trends, pricing and negotiating levers, supplier base, and manage the overall Indirect Procurement Spend

Review and evaluate contract terms to ensure supplier performance and minimize risk

Lead projects across organization to include policy and procedure design, supplier selection, and reporting

Advocate for implementation of procurement policies and procedures across the organization

Required

3+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Strategic Sourcing, with a focus on indirect spend categories

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Familiar with project management concepts

Preferred

Preference for a Bachelor's degree in either Supply Chain, Business, Finance or another related field

Workday or Salesforce (CLM Software) experience is a plus
