Lead daily operations across assigned Dayton-area restaurants

Ensure operational excellence, food safety, and consistent guest experience
Approve schedules to maintain proper staffing levels
Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost-control processes
Partner with leadership on performance strategies and improvement plans
Resolve escalated guest issues and support restaurant teams
Build a positive, growth-minded culture across your district
Qualification
Required
2+ years of multi-unit or supervisory leadership in QSR
Strong operational knowledge and shift-management experience
Proven success developing and coaching managers
High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
Ability to lead diverse teams and drive outcomes across multiple locations
Organized, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
