SkyHop Global is building a stronger, modernized People (HR) structure to support its growth and people-first culture. The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting to attract and hire station leadership roles, dispatchers, and support staff nationwide while partnering with Operations and HR leadership to meet staffing needs.

Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned positions, from job posting through offer acceptance

Collaborate with hiring managers and Operations leaders to forecast staffing needs and develop proactive recruiting strategies

Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, community partnerships, and referral programs

Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit

Ensure compliance with DOT, state, and federal hiring requirements for safety-sensitive positions

Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data integrity and generate recruiting reports/metrics

Support employer branding initiatives to promote SkyHop Global as an employer of choice

Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles

Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a seamless new hire experience

Provide guidance and mentorship to Recruitment Coordinators and junior recruiters

Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs
