Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports to both internal teams and external stakeholders, with a focus on accuracy and clarity
Handle daily operational tasks including document management, vendor coordination, and internal client reporting
Serve as a first point of contact for clients on routine matters; coordinate with internal teams for resolution of complex requests
Facilitate account activities, including transaction processing, internal allocations, and account setup/maintenance
Organize and maintain documentation related to compliance, legal, and operational records; manage outbound communications and reporting deliverables
Assist with special projects, event logistics, and administrative tasks as needed
Maintain updated client records and assist with meeting prep, scheduling, and follow-ups
Qualification
Required
5-10+ years of experience in administration, operations, or client service roles
Experience in consulting services or financial services is required
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through across multiple workflows
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to manage sensitive client information professionally
