Responsibilities
Lead and manage HR projects from initiation through delivery, including technology, process, and operational initiatives
Partner with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders
Facilitate project meetings and promote strong collaboration across teams
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Project Manager, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
Strong understanding of HR processes and systems
Hands-on experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with stakeholders at all levels
Preferred
Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) is a plus
HR experience, especially with preboarding activities (post-offer to Day 1)
Experience leading Scrum or Agile teams
PMP or equivalent certification
