Required

5+ years of professional experience as a Firmware Engineer or Embedded Systems Engineer
Advanced English is required
Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required
Strong hands-on experience developing embedded firmware using C and C++
Experience developing embedded systems from prototype hardware to production-ready devices
Hands-on experience with audio processing, DSP, and low-latency audio streaming (e.g., WebSockets, UDP)
Experience with BLE-based proximity features and wireless communication on embedded devices
Strong background in low-power optimization, including deep sleep modes and battery management
Experience working with IMU sensors and motion tracking in embedded systems
Demonstrated ability to optimize firmware for performance, reliability, and real-time constraints
Comfortable working alongside hardware iteration cycles and manufacturing timelines
Strong understanding of embedded development workflows, including code reviews, documentation, testing, and maintainability
Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed
Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications
Forensic attention to detail
A positive mindset and a can-do attitude
Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems
Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon
Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week

Preferred

Proven experience working with ESP32 platforms, with ESP32-C6 and ESP32-S3 strongly preferred
Familiarity with on-device AI inference or embedded ML workloads is a strong plus
