Responsibilities

Design and develop custom solutions and integrations for key partners and customers

Implement new solutions across data flow, APIs, cloud and event-driven infrastructure

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance core platform capabilities

Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business requirements into system designs

Work with vendors and external partners on technology implementations

Diagnose and resolve complex integration or production issues

Document and share best practices to improve implementation efficiency and scalability

Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth software deployment and integration

Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience in healthcare, health tech, or SaaS strongly preferred

Operates with extreme ownership, urgency, and follow-through

Highly versatile technical skill set (e.g., APIs, cloud, databases, distributed systems, automation)

Experience in software development, cloud platforms, DevOps, and IT infrastructure

Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills who thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments

Strong communication skills—able to synthesize and present information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Curious and creative—always exploring new technologies and better ways to solve problems
