Responsibilities

Creates (and/or reviews) new customer accounts for consistency
Identifies and corrects, errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies in database
Standardizes formatting of customer records
Resolves address validation issues
Addresses and corrects incomplete records
Reviews and ensures accuracy of county and location automations
Documents data cleansing procedures, validation rules and standards
Facilitates invitation to OEM partner portals
Actively participates in training and development opportunities to grow skills and stay sharp in a fast-changing industry
Performs all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner
Follows all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adheres to all policies and procedures as directed in the employee handbook and operational documentation

Required

Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of company data
Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership of challenges and provide timely solutions
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple requests and projects simultaneously
Proficiency with computer systems Microsoft Office. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization
Good customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Adaptability to remain effective in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Capable self-starter with ability to work independently
Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively across the operation
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years' experience in a similar role

Preferred

Experience with CRM systems preferred
