Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end management of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies

Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain transparent communication among stakeholders

Monitor project progress and performance metrics; identify and resolve potential issues quickly

Prepare and present regular status updates, stakeholder reports, and project documentation to leadership

Implement project management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

Support change management efforts related to project deliverables and organizational impacts

Serve as the initial escalation point for assigned programs/projects and ensure mitigation strategies are executed effectively

Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the project portfolio

Collaborate closely with Development Managers, Relationship Management, Finance, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters to ensure consistent communication and results across the organization

Required

8+ years of experience managing complex projects in a professional setting with experience in the finance or technology industries preferred

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and handle multiple priorities simultaneously

Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies

Ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects using structured methodologies

Proven communication for coordinating diverse teams and ensuring alignment

Organizational skills to balance multiple projects and deadlines effectively

Proactive problem-solving to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

Preferred

Proficiency with PM software and financial acumen to support budget tracking preferred

Experience using tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet

PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
