Responsibilities

Program Leadership: Manage large-scale programs across the CTO scope of work, ensuring successful delivery of infrastructure and data center projects
Execution & Delivery: Drive program execution with a strong focus on timelines, quality, and risk mitigation
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency
Mentorship & Coaching: Provide guidance and leadership to project managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continual improvement
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure program success
Communication: Deliver clear and concise updates on program progress, challenges, and solutions to senior leadership and stakeholders
Process Improvement: Champion best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO

Required

Program/project management experience in large-scale technical environments
Proven track record managing infrastructure and data center projects
Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring project managers
Strong leadership and influencing skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to drive execution and deliver results under pressure
Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
Strong ability and desire to lean in and drive outcomes
Passion for delivering customer value and operational excellence
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree
Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years
