Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily operations and scheduling of ROI Specialists at the client site
Ensure all ROI activities are completed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with HIPAA, state, and federal regulations
Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and adjust schedules to maintain productivity during peak periods or staff absences
Conduct quality assurance reviews, performance evaluations, and regular feedback sessions to support staff growth and accountability
Provide coverage and hands-on support when needed to maintain service continuity
Collaborate closely with client management and internal leadership to drive process improvements and operational excellence
Foster a positive, customer-focused team culture built on professionalism, respect, and service
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
1+ year of supervisory or management experience, ideally in a healthcare or acute care setting
Strong understanding of HIPAA and medical record privacy standards
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field
