Responsibilities

Lead and manage a project to evaluate and implement a new ERP system to replace Microsoft Dynamics GP. Prior experience with ERP system implementation is preferred

Support a small accounting team and aggressively identify, fix and stop financial leaks across all areas. Drive financial reporting functions and work with management to optimize EBITDA

Audit expenditures, inventory and variances. Initiate and implement corrective actions for cost reduction and improve margin optimization

Audit and ensure accuracy of imported ATM and credit card transaction data. Analyze large data sets and multiple income streams to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and commission payments. Contact outside vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies

Lead the preparation and management of annual budgets and forecasts

Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors and CPA to ensure financial strategies align with company goals

Identify areas for improvement in current accounting operations and implement process enhancements

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field at a minimum

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, and financial auditing, with a strong focus on internal controls

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics GP or similar ERP systems; advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and financial applications required

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing a small team and collaborating with both internal departments and external vendors

Excellent analytical skills and thorough knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements
