Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards

Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define reporting needs

Translate business requirements into effective data models and visualizations

Support and enhance existing BI solutions, including reports developed in Tableau

Convert manual and Excel-based reporting processes into scalable BI solutions

Assist with data preparation, transformation, and refresh processes

Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across reports

Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, usability, and performance

Document report logic, data sources, and dashboard usage

Provide ongoing support and enhancements for deployed BI solutions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

3–6 years of experience in Power BI development, BI analysis, or data analytics

Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (report development and visualization)

Solid understanding of data modeling and analytical concepts

Experience modernizing Excel-based reports or macros

Experience working directly with business stakeholders

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Preferred

Experience with Tableau

Familiarity with Power Automate or related Microsoft tools

Experience supporting operational, sales, or business analytics functions
