Qualification
Required
8–12+ years of CCM experience
5+ years hands-on Quadient Inspire experience
Strong expertise in Designer, Interactive, Scaler
Experience with Quadient installation and configuration
Healthcare payer domain experience (EOB, EOC, regulatory/member communications)
Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, automation, and release management
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience with Messagepoint or hybrid CCM environments
Prior experience leading enterprise-scale CCM programs
Exposure to cloud-based CCM deployments
