Responsibilities

Lead and manage the production effort on multiple initiatives to ensure quality and timeliness of the delivery

You oversee initiative timelines, budgets and resources, and ensure alignment between the creative vision and technical execution

You collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, facilitate communication, resolve roadblocks, and maintain a productive workflow

Required

Minimum 7 years of industry experience in game production

Leadership contributions as a Senior Producer on multiple titles and or Executive Producer on the release of at least one AAA title

In-depth knowledge of project planning and tasking with the ability to monitor the progress of department milestones and individual tasks against those schedules

Excellent organizational & prioritization skills, attention to detail, process knowledge and the ability to multi-task

Highly developed leadership skills leading teams through challenging projects

Experience working with JIRA, MS Project, MS Office (Excel), Smart Sheet, Miro, Trello, and bug tracking databases

Deep understanding of traditional production management techniques

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively across Product Development and Management teams, as well as with executive management

Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills

Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Knowledgeable of current industry trends; stays up to date on competitive products and best practices

Must love games and have a true passion for creating them!
