Responsibilities
Serve as the initial point of contact for all IT support requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve common hardware, software, and network issues
Accurately log, prioritize, and manage incidents and service requests in ServiceNow
Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2/3 support teams
Support Windows and macOS devices, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
Assist users with account access, password resets, MFA, and identity management
Support collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, and VPN solutions
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
Typically, 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent
Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and commitment to process adherence
Team-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
