Talent Acquistion Sourcer (49757)
Lakeshore Talent is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join their dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing top-tier talent for a variety of positions across multiple departments and managing the ATS system to ensure the best candidates are identified.

Responsibilities
Proactively source candidates for diverse roles such as finance, product line management, HR, marketing, sales, operations, and engineering
Manage a fluctuating workload, sourcing for 10-25 positions simultaneously
Reach out to passive candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms
Review and screen resumes/applicants in the ATS system
Conduct 30-45 minute phone screens with candidates to assess their fit for the positions
Document and relay detailed notes from phone screens to the Talent Acquisition Manager and team
Forward vetted candidate resumes and conversation notes to the hiring teams for further review and consideration
Report to the Talent Acquisition Manager
Serve as the main sourcer for the team, participating in intake meetings and assisting with applicant review and sourcing
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally with a background in both agency and corporate environments
Strong sourcing skills across various disciplines
Proficiency in using LinkedIn and ATS systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
