Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between business users and the IT department for Prophet 21 usage across Finance, Purchasing, and Operations
Act as an advocate and translator for field-level stakeholders by clearly communicating business needs, challenges, and opportunities to IT
Partner with IT to drive system initiatives, enhancements, process improvements, updates, and new functionality implementation
Provide hands-on guidance and practical ERP support to users across the organization related to day-to-day system application and best practices
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency through better use of the ERP system
Develop and deliver periodic training sessions, primarily in an online environment
Travel as needed for major onboarding efforts, such as new location launches or acquisitions

Required

Strong hands-on experience using Prophet 21 in a business environment
Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Purchasing, Operations, and IT teams
Proven ability to explain technical concepts in a practical, user-friendly way

Preferred

Experience working in a distribution or inventory-driven organization is strongly preferred
Experience with training, documentation, or user onboarding is a plus
Exposure to other ERP platforms or complementary business systems is beneficial
