Responsibilities

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor in all customer interactions, reporting to the Customer Service Manager
Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text messaging, ensuring timely resolution of questions and concerns
Processing orders and modifications accurately while documenting customer interactions and collaborating with internal team members as needed

Required

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to remain calm and professional when handling stressed or upset customers

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Available to work extended hours and some weekends during peak season (August–November), with hours from 8 am – 5 pm
