Responsibilities

Act as the technical subject-matter expert for power components (e.g., bushings, transformer components)

Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to support customer inquiries and RFQs

Translate customer technical requirements into feasible product and application solutions

Prepare and review:

Technical proposals

Specifications

Data sheets

Compliance and standards documentation

Support customer meetings, presentations, and technical discussions

Provide pre-sales technical support throughout the quotation and bid process

Assist with post-sales technical clarification as needed

Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure technical feasibility and compliance

Maintain awareness of applicable industry standards (IEC, IEEE, ANSI)
