Oversee all aspects of real estate financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Manage day-to-day accounting functions
Ensure integrity of financial data and compliance with GAAP
Prepare financial statements
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
Collaborate with property management, leasing, and development teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 4-5 years of technical experience in accounting
Strong knowledge of real estate accounting principles, including CAM reconciliations, lease accounting, and property management software (Yardi strongly preferred, or MRI)
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques
Preferred
CPA or CMA certification
