Brand Advisor / Consumer Shopper Marketer

Responsibilities

Lead the development of all marketing activities for assigned accounts
Collaborate with and provide regular reporting for retailers to optimize promotional calendar and secure incremtanl placements/activations
Analyze, create and recommend actions to improve Marcomm/Media investments
Participate in customer meetings and lead marketing portion of Line reivews
Support cross-functional partners with ad hoc needs while upholding the strictest integrity of confidential customer information
Protect and grow premium product placements and promotions
Lead marketing activities, trade show activations, and events, contribute to customer presentations
Assess competitor and market threats and opportunities to identify ways to strength Mobil 1's position in retail

Required

5+ years of recent experience leading sales and marketing planning and execution with 3rd party/Customers
Working knowledge of media planning and measurement
Demonstrate ability to deliver results through others, project manage, and prioritize under tight timelines
Analytical skills (trend, data, financial)
Effective communication skills (in-person, written, presentation)
Project management and collaboration skills, direct customer interaction experience
Experience influencing without authority
Proficient in MS Office, preference for those particularly skilled with creating impactful Excel tools and PowerPoint communication
Proficient with supplemental data resources including syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen, NPD) and customer point of sale data
Experience with a variety of categories and/or retailers
Demonstrated resilience and ability to managing a complex workload
Proficient with data visualization tools such as Tableau
