Responsibilities

Work with Regional/Branch Finance professionals, supporting their completion of budget templates & budget tool inputs--answering questions and offering guidance to ensure timely & accurate submissions

Work with operations teams in support of monthly closing activities, assisting in the development and maintenance of financial analysis packages aligned to regional, legal entity and business line reporting

Work with the Finance team to optimize & maintain the financial landing file and profitability analysis by Region and Business Line—key working analyses during each monthly closing

Work on various projects related to Support Functions’ (departmental) process improvements, or special projects in a variety of areas in order to fulfill business initiatives and meet business objectives

Communicate issues and roadblocks related to areas of responsibility

May be asked to prepare and deliver insights and recommendations based on analyses

Produce findings and draw conclusions from analyses. Make oral and written recommendations to management

Required

Working towards a four year degree and in a Finance or Accounting major

3.2 Cumulative G.P.A required

Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, listening, presentation and facilitation skills / Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with Google Workspace applications – Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Drive

Preferred

SAP ERP system experience is a plus, but not required
